Anand Raj brings 20 years of Customer Service, Human Resources Management and Business Leadership experience to the Senior HR Manager Role.  He has a passion for Team Building, Strategic Planning, Talent Development, and Employee Relations.  He is a persistent, dedicated, and innovative leader with an aptitude for problem solving, creative solutions, and strategic direction within Carson, striving for streamlined processes, efficiency, employee retention, and business value.

Raj believes that we exist to provide a positive customer experience while delivering the products and services they need.  Creating a positive company culture where individuals are valued, appreciated and invested in, promotes an environment in which the customer will be valued, appreciated and well cared for.

In his role he is focused on recruiting, developing and retaining the right people to take care of our customers and providing them the tools they need to be wildly successful.  Raj supports the management team at Carson to empower and develop team members to meet and exceed established business goals while putting our customers and communities first.
