Nathan Anderson comes to Carson with over 20 years of experience in the technology field. Over the years he has helped companies use technology that aligns with the goals and vision of the organization.  He specializes in managing all aspects of IT operations including service desk, application support, application development, business intelligence, disaster recovery, and security to name a few.

Almost every customer interaction with Carson leverages some form of technology. Whether it’s a phone call, text, email, visit to the website, delivery confirmation, visit to a cardlock or anything else, the Carson technology platform enables Carson to focus on and serve the needs of our customers. Nathan directs the use of technology to ensure that our customers come first and that their needs are at the core of technology initiatives.

While at Carson, Nathan has helped implement a number of tools that help Carson team members every day. Nathan lead the deployment of a new unified communication system that connects employees across the Carson Team. Employees can chat, talk, video conference, and screen share with the click of a button. This, and other systems, have allowed Carson to stay connected, work from anywhere and continue to serve customers. This was invaluable when COVID-19 arrived and a work from home order was made. Carson is able to continue business operations because of these systems.

During his teen years, Nathan was greatly influenced for good by mentors that helped him build confidence, develop new skills and learn leadership principles. Since then, Nathan has volunteered his time by serving the youth in his community over the past 20 years to help them learn similar life lessons.
