Carson is one of the largest fuel cardlock operators in the Northwest. Through our network of fueling stations, Carson provides access to over 150,000 cardlocks, truck stops, and branded retail stations throughout the United States and Canada. We own and operate over 55 cardlocks through the Commercial Fueling Network (CFN) and Pacific Pride. In addition, Carson also owns and operates 11 net retail stations. Net retail stations extend your reach even further by allowing your employees to use their Carson fuel cards at retail gas stations such as Chevron, Shell, etc.

A cardlock system puts control and fuel accountability in your hands with user-friendly tools and real-time visibility of your fleet or employee time and cost at the pump. One of the easiest ways to monitor your fuel costs and mitigate against slippage is by utilizing a cardlock program. The technology behind these programs provides you a toolbox of convenient ways to manage employee use, including setting parameters for fleet and fuel costs. With a cardlock program, you can customize who can use the card, how much and what type of fuel they can purchase, and much more.

Who qualifies for a cardlock card?

Federal and state law limits who can be a cardlock member. In order to qualify you must fall into ONE of the following categories:

Own a business
Only purchasing diesel
Non-Oregon resident
- Any gasoline product would be restricted in Oregon only*

*Due to the State of Oregon’s mandate on self serve laws, individuals are not able to dispense any gasoline products.
