Jim relies on strong communication skills as the most effective tool in his work at Carson. He strives to do the best work in the field while listening to customer needs in order to save time and money whenever possible.
Jim values the training that he and his colleagues receive in order to provide the best possible service to their customers. The executive leadership’s respect for their unique contributions helps each member of his team understand the value they bring to the big picture. This yields productive training and a clear vision for how to harness their strengths to maximize performance.
Jim coached youth sports when his children were young. At this point in his career, he focuses on giving through the channels Carson designates.
