Like many of Carson’s branches, our Ontario location has a long history serving their communities. Two families, the Campos and the Pooles, began providing fuel to the area in the late 1940s. In 2009, they partnered to create Eastern Oregon’s only biodiesel blending facility, PC Energy, eventually joining forces as Campo & Poole Distributing in 2012. Campo & Poole became part of the Carson family in 2020. While they continued to operate under the Campo & Poole name for several years, they transitioned to a fully Carson branded company in 2024-2025.
